The Legal Advisor II - Registration & Licensing position involves analyzing and resolving legal issues related to securities registration and exemptions, providing legal advice and assistance, and participating in drafting modifications to laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Possession of a license to practice law in Illinois
• One (1) year of professional experience in the practice of law
• Extensive knowledge of common law and State and Federal laws relating to administrative and regulatory functions
• Ability to maintain satisfactory working relationships with superiors, other attorneys, employees, and the public
• Ability to present material in clear and logical form for oral or written presentation
• Ability to exercise sound judgement in appraising and evaluating problems of a procedural nature
