Remote: Medical Profee Audit & Education Specialist

IKS Health is seeking a Profee Audit & Education Specialist to conduct clinical coding audits, provide educational feedback, and develop proprietary audit tools. The position requires experience in auditing Profee claims, knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 coding, and CMS billing policies. The specialist will also participate in mentor/trainer activities and provide educational feedback and instruction.

Requirements

• Conduct clinical coding audits
• Provide educational feedback and instruction
• Develop proprietary audit tools
• Manage the performance of all quality for assigned clients
• Monitor and enforce IKS's compliance and quality program
• Ensure adherence to State and National Practice Standards for coding
• Serve as an official resource for coding-related questions
• Prepare Executive Reports and Presentations based on audit findings
• Conduct coding audits adhering to nationally recognized coding guidelines and standards
• Maintain Coding Knowledge and Serve as Coding Expert
