AVP - Customer Advocacy - Clinical Solutions (Boston and Connecticut Region)

We are seeking an experienced clinic operations or nursing operations professional to serve as the strategic partner and trusted advisor to some of the nation's leading medical groups and health systems.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in clinic operations or nursing operations or practice management for hospitals, health systems, and/or large ambulatory groups
• Hands-on experience in running clinic or practice operations or nursing organizations and deep familiarity with clinical workflows and EHR workflows
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for improving the healthcare experience through innovation and partnership
• Track record of driving transformation within clinician enterprises, not just incremental improvements
