IKO Industries Ltd. is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Payroll Administrator to manage the accurate and timely processing of payroll across multiple companies and provinces.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in payroll administration with multi-provincial payroll experience
- Strong proficiency in Workday payroll system
- In-depth knowledge of Canadian payroll regulations and tax laws across multiple provinces
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other payroll-related software
- Certification in Payroll (e.g., PCP, CPM) is preferred
