IT Business Analyst

iKnowHow SA is a leading Software & Robotics Solutions company operating internationally. We are looking for a highly motivated IT Business Analyst to work in new challenging outsourced projects.

Requirements

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications and user stories
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, identify gaps and document system requirements
• Produce structured documentation such as: Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional specifications, Process flows and use cases
• Support solution design discussions together with developers and technical leads
• Prepare initial functional test scenarios based on documented requirements in order to support the QA process
• Assist in validating delivered functionality through early-stage testing and requirement verification
• Work closely with the QA Engineer to ensure that test scenarios reflect the intended business behaviour of the system
• Maintain clear and updated documentation throughout the project lifecycle
• Participate in project workshops, requirement clarification sessions and user validation activities
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis practices and documentation standards within the team
