Job Description
The Principal Program Manager will manage key customer contracts, leading cross-functional teams and maintaining or exceeding financial performance. This role involves identifying risks, developing schedules, tracking budgets, and acting as the primary customer interface. They are responsible for leading customer interactions, and the development of new business opportunities.
Requirements
- BS degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 9 years of related experience or equivalent qualifications.
- US Security Clearance (Current Active US Security Clearance and Defense or Aerospace experience preferred).
- PMP Certification preferred.
- Strong communication and business acumen.
- Ability to lead and mentor.
