Stewarding Supervisor

Stewarding Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the kitchen and back-of-house areas within the hotel. This role requires leading and motivating a team, managing cleaning and inventory, ensuring food safety, and supporting service operations. The successful candidate will contribute to an exceptional guest experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in stewarding or kitchen operations with at least 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of hygiene, food safety (HACCP), and sanitation standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Flexible availability (weekend, holidays, varying shifts).
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Basic computer knowledge.
