Requirements

• Overseeing housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and service.
• Conducting daily briefings and assigning tasks to team members.
• Inspecting guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance.
• Addressing any issues or deficiencies promptly.
• Training and Development: Training new employees.
• Inventory Management: Managing inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities.
• Guest Interaction: Responsively addressing guest requests and concerns.
• Scheduling: Creating and managing staff schedules.
