Requirements
- Commercial Cookery qualification
- 1-2 years of previous culinary experience
- Understanding of HACCP
- Valid Safe Food Handling Certificate
- Commercial Cookery qualification
- Working a rotating roster including weekends, nights and public holidays
- Working strength to lift up to 23 kg
- Good communication skills
