Job Description
The Director of UX will lead the user experience at iHerb, building and scaling a high-performing UX team and partnering with cross-functional teams. This leader will focus on delivering intuitive, delightful, and accessible experiences for global customers. They will champion customer-first design and drive growth and retention.
Requirements
- Experience with A/B testing
- Strong portfolio showcasing design leadership, strategy, and execution
- Experience leading a product focused high-performance design team
- Experience working with product, business stakeholders, and user researchers
- Experience managing processes and teams in an agile/scrum environment
- Experience working with design systems and tools such as Figma
- Bachelor’s Degree in Art, UI/UX Design or related field
- Experience with graphic development software
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Google Business Suite
- 5+ years experience with eCommerce or related field
- Minimum of ten (10) years of design experience
- 5+ years in a Supervisory role preferred
