Promotions Events Support

iHeartMedia is seeking a Promotions Events Support to support the planning and execution of local events and promotions, including concerts, community activations, and live broadcasts. The role involves coordinating logistics, collaborating with teams, and engaging with listeners and clients to create memorable brand interactions.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with the public and clients
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for events
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
