Requirements
- A degree in computer science
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience
- Effective communication with customers and colleagues alike
- Ability to work in a team, flexibility
- Achieving customer satisfaction through quality and solution-oriented work
- Intermediate English language skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of PC architectures and hardware technologies
- In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft client environment (Windows OS, Office)
- Knowledge of ticketing systems
