Director of Subscriptions

The position requires a leader with deep expertise in subscriptions and a strong analytical skillset. This is a hybrid position based in Los Angeles with potential for occasional travel.

Requirements

• Develop and implement a growth strategy for subscriptions, ensuring they have a strong value proposition.
• Own the subscriber lifecycle, optimizing conversion, onboarding, engagement, and churn mitigation.
• Leverage audience insights and data to optimize subscriber content offerings, pricing models and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, content, and analytics teams.
• Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to refine subscription models.
