Microsoft 365 Engineer (m/f/d)

We are the world market leader for reusable packaging containers (RPCs) for fresh food. We help make the food supply cycle for the population more sustainable. With our RPCs, safety for food transport is improved, there is less waste of food and at the same time the lifespan of the products increases. Through our products and the need for less packaging materials we reduce the carbon footprint.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Up-to-date certification (e.g., MS-102) and several years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration & security.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Defender, Purview, Intune, and Azure Active Directory.
• Proven track record in securing Microsoft 365 environments in mid-sized to large organizations.
• Background in regulated or security-sensitive industries is an advantage.
• Analytical, solution-oriented, and eager to implement new technologies.
• Fluent in English and German; additional languages (e.g., Spanish or French) are a plus.
