Job Description
We are a world market leader for reusable packaging containers (RPCs) for fresh food, constantly optimizing our products to make the food supply cycle more sustainable. The Assistant General Manager supports the General Manager in leadership and implementation of plant processes and KPIs to ensure targets are met.
Requirements
- Develop and deliver the plant's operational budget and performance metrics
- Deliver more efficient and safer methods of meeting customer needs
- Monitor/Audit all functions performed within the facility
- Managing the Shift supervisors to ensure daily staffing totals are monitored
- Collaborate with the Office Manager and Shift Supervisors to enhance all functions and operations
- Provide coverage during the absence of the General Manager
- Support and assist in future projects as assigned by senior management
