We are looking for a Regional Leader to lead and develop a team of large account managers, creating results through people and contributing to the strategic development of the department.
Requirements
- Lead and develop a team of around 15 experienced large account managers
- Create results through people by coaching, inspiring and creating opportunities for continuous development
- Ensure budget and result achievement for the region
- Contribute to the strategic development of the department and be an active sparring partner in the leadership group
- Build strong relationships internally and externally - with customers, partners and internal professional communities
