Job Description
IEQ Capital is seeking a proactive IT Governance & Compliance Manager to oversee IT strategy, compliance, and vendor management. The role involves ensuring seamless IT operations, regulatory compliance, and a secure IT environment, assisting with infrastructure and day-to-day support. The company is an employee-owned, fiduciary-standard investment advisor focusing on client interests.
Requirements
- Ensure IT operations align with SEC, FINRA, and cybersecurity compliance requirements.
- Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation in collaboration with Compliance.
- Oversee IT audits, risk assessments, and security reviews.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance security, efficiency, and compliance.
- Manage IT vendors and IT budgets.
- Lead IT projects, including hardware refresh cycles, network upgrades, and system rollouts.
- Oversee firm-wide cybersecurity initiatives.
- Oversee user security education and IT awareness programs.
