Our client is a global leader in providing innovative solutions. The position of Deployment & Local Support team lead is available within the Application and Issue Service Line.
Requirements
- Minimum HBO work and thinking level
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or similar role
- ITIL Foundation v4 certificate
- Good communication skills and service and customer-oriented
- Team player
- Flexibility
- Stress-resistant and can work well in a team
- Live in Haarlem or the surrounding area
- Fluent in Dutch

- Gross salary of between €3000 and €4000
- Annual contract for 36 hours per week with the prospect of a permanent appointment
