Requirements

• Inspect and clean food preparation areas.
• Regulate oven/broiler/grill/roaster temperatures.
• Ensure food is stored and cooked at correct temperature.
• Cook food according to recipes or personal judgment.
• Season and cook food using various kitchen tools.
• Bake, roast, broil, and steam meats, fish, vegetables, and other foods.
• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients.
• Portion, arrange, and garnish food.
