Intern Legal

ST Engineering iDirect is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented law student to join their Legal and Contracts Management team for the summer. The intern will assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, conduct legal research, and support compliance matters.

Requirements

• Current 1L or 2L student at an ABA-accredited law school
• Strong interest in technology, telecommunications, and commercial transactions
• Excellent research, writing, analytical, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with people across different time zones and backgrounds
