The Warehouse Supervisor role is responsible for leading daily warehouse operations to ensure the safe, efficient, and accurate distribution of warehouse inventory.
Requirements
- 5+ years of manufacturing/distribution experience
- Strong knowledge of Lean tools (5S, Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis)
- Experience implementing and managing Kanban systems in a warehouse or manufacturing setting
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
