Manufacturing Engineer

Requirements

• Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes
• Utilize lean manufacturing principles and 80/20 tools to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production efficiency
• Develop and maintain work instructions, process flow diagrams, and standard operating procedures
• Implement and maintain preventative maintenance programs for production equipment and tooling
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify improvement opportunities
• Troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment and partner with manufacturer to support equipment repair
• Develop and implement manufacturing, production, and ISO certification procedures and processes
• Assist with EH&S projects to maintain a safe manufacturing environment
• Maintain knowledge of new and developing manufacturing technology, equipment, and applications
