IDEALFORCE has a CONTRACT position available for a Technical Manager /Solutions Architect to join their customer in Columbus, OH. The Technical Specialist 4/TS4 will be responsible for infrastructure operation management, monitoring and troubleshooting, collaboration with vendors and internal teams, and developing solution architectures.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure Operations Management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Large/complex organization experience
• Infrastructure management/outsourcing experience in a leadership role
• Experience with PeopleSoft/Oracle application systems
• Experience in an Outsourced/Managed Services and/or Cloud-based provider environment
