Job Description
IDEALFORCE has a CONTRACT position available immediately for a Program Manager 4/PM4 to join their customer in Columbus, OH. The Program Manager will lead the entire Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation effort from start to finish, coordinating activities with system stakeholders and the implementation contractor.
Requirements
- At least 8 years’ ERP Project/Program Management experience including within the public sector
- At least 5 years’ experience with large-scale PeopleSoft HCM design
- At least 4 years’ experience with full lifecycle ERP implementation projects from requirements definition through implementation
- At least 3 years’ experience hands-on expertise with Microsoft Office products including Project and Visio
- Demonstrable outstanding verbal and written communication skills
