LAN/Server Technician (40230)

LAN/Server Technician position available immediately for an on-site contract role in Phoenix, Arizona. Responsible for server support, desktop support, and troubleshooting hardware problems.

Requirements

• General working knowledge of infrastructure technologies
• Ticketing and Department operating procedures
• Knowledge of Microsoft products including operating systems (XP, W7 and W10) and Office
• Knowledge of Macintosh operating system for both desktops and servers (Yosimite)
• Computer hardware configuration and repair knowledge
• Knowledge of Ethernet network topology to assist with troubleshooting network issues
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure industry standards and best practices
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
• Advanced troubleshooting skills
• Excellent self-organization and time management skills
