Job Description
This full-time special education teacher applicant pool position is seeking candidates to be Special Education Teachers at the IDEA Cincinnati Region (Cincinnati, Ohio). The role focuses on supporting students with a wide range of learning, cognitive, emotional, and physical disabilities, and involves individualized plans, lesson delivery, and IEP implementation. They bridge home-school communication and provide specialized support for students who need additional assistance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year educational institution
- Experience in a Special Education classroom setting
- Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist license specializing in Mild/Moderate special needs
- Knowledge of core academic subject and curriculum
