Job Description
We are seeking a 4th Grade Teacher to join our team at IDEA Lakeland Academy. The ideal candidate will have a high level of content-area proficiency, a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year educational institution, and a Florida educator certification or willingness to pursue one. The teacher will be responsible for implementing state learning standards and IDEA curricula, tracking student progress, and communicating with students and families. Requirements
- High level of content-area proficiency
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year educational institution
- Florida educator certification or willingness to pursue one
- Experience in a K-12 classroom setting strongly preferred

- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
