Job Description
ID.me is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of their Credentials platform, a critical component for digital identity verification. This role focuses on establishing standards for trusted digital identities, ensuring compliance, and building a developer-friendly ecosystem. The Principal PM will collaborate with App teams and Platform Graph teams to ensure seamless credential integration and consistent modeling across wallets, SuperApps, and partner ecosystems.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience
- Proven success owning credential or identity-related products at scale
- Deep understanding of credential standards (W3C VC, ISO 18013-5, ICAO Doc 9303)
- Strong technical background and ability to work closely with engineers
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
