Job Description
Sellers Dorsey is a healthcare impact strategy firm seeking a Process Improvement Manager to lead and deliver cross-functional process improvement initiatives. The role involves leading large, cross-functional process improvement initiatives, conducting current-state assessments and future-state design sessions, and partnering with executives and functional leaders to build alignment around process improvement objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelors' Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or Industrial Engineering
- Six Sigma Green Belt, PMP or equivalent certification
- Five (5) years of progressive experience in business operations, process improvement, management consulting and/or internal transformation roles
- Experience with HITRUST CSF or similar frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA)
- Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, FMEA, root cause analysis, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of process mapping and documentation (SIPOC, Swimlanes, value stream maps)
- Experience with KPI and benefits measurement
- Advanced expertise Excel (analysis, pivot tables, modelling) and PowerPoint (executive-ready presentations)
- Experience with Project management tools
