Job Description
Iconica is seeking a Concrete Carpenter to join their team, known for a collaborative and dynamic work environment focused on blending architecture, engineering, and construction. The role involves performing various carpentry tasks on concrete projects, including form building, pouring, finishing, and fabrication. Candidates should have experience in concrete and a passion for learning.
Requirements
- Experience placing and finishing interior and exterior concrete slabs.
- Experience laying-out, forming, and placing concrete footings.
- Experience laying-out, forming and pouring concrete walls using Advance forms.
- Experience in stick built and prefabricated wood construction (preferred).
- Knowledge of construction and carpentry equipment and tools.
- Ability to read plans, specifications, and shop drawings.
- Experience in layout and job set-up.
