Job Description
This position involves setting up and operating CNC lathes and Turn Mills, optimizing programs for efficiency, monitoring tool wear, and ensuring high dimensional accuracy. Strong attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and organizational skills are required. The role involves ensuring strict quality and cosmetic standards.
Requirements
- Familiar with CNC lathes with Fanuc control, Mori Seiki, Nakamura, Mazak. B-axis turn mills and/or Lathes with live tooling
- Must have strong knowledge of G and M codes
- Must be knowledgeable with GD&T
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and work well with others
- Must be organized and accurate with documentation
