As a Business Development Representative, you will generate leads and build strong relationships with families and local organizations to reduce long waiting times for autism diagnosis and ABA therapy.
Requirements
- High School diploma, bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales, outreach, or business development—preferably healthcare-related
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, manage a sales pipeline, and meet performance expectations
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Salesforce or similar CRM experience required
