Business Development Representative at ABA Centers of New Jersey, responsible for generating leads, building relationships with families and local organizations, and executing sales strategies to support growth and market expansion.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales, outreach, or business development—preferably healthcare-related
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, manage a sales pipeline, and meet performance expectations
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Salesforce or similar CRM experience required
