Requirements
- Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
- Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
- Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention
- Supervise others seeking BCBA certification
- Maintain a valid driver's license, reliable form of transportation, and proof of auto insurance
