Job Description
The Mac Experience Administrator, based in Zurich, will provide on-site support for Apple endpoints and remote support across APAC locations. This role focuses on troubleshooting issues, workstation setup, system integration, and maintaining the technological infrastructure. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key to supporting daily operations and driving Corporate Technology initiatives.
Requirements
- Provide Tier 1 support for Mac platform administration (software, hardware, configuration) and JAMF.
- Install, configure, and support Mac and iPad endpoints.
- Manage and maintain macOS, iOS, JAMF, and related system-level components.
