Job Description
iCapital's iDirect platform is seeking a private equity focused Assistant Vice President to evaluate new direct co-investment opportunities, monitor and analyze the existing portfolio, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Perform due diligence on private companies and their industries
- Prepare investment memoranda
- Oversee portfolio monitoring, portfolio analysis, and liquidity planning
- Liaise with internal and external teams
- Support external communications regarding the Fund
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
- Create business development presentations as required
