ICAO Roster-Air Transport Economic Analysis Expert

The ICAO Roster-Air Transport Economic Analysis Expert will be responsible for conducting economic analysis and airport development studies. The expert will assess airport infrastructure and services, identify necessary changes, and propose general options for airport development. The expert will also study and propose airport master plans, including passenger buildings and land use zones.

Requirements

• University degree in economics
• At least ten years governmental experience in policy submissions or decisions on matters of major concern to civil aviation or related directorates
• Awareness of the relevant provisions of the Convention on International Civil Aviation and concerned annexes and other related ICAO documentation and procedural requirements
• Good command of oral and written English
• Working knowledge of French or another official language of the Organization (Arabic, Chinese, Russian, or Spanish)
