Director of User Experience (UX) leading UX vision and strategy, managing and enhancing user experience across the platform, and guiding a team of designers in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Requirements
- 8+ years in UX/UI design with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing experience with SaaS platforms
- Expertise in agile methodologies and fast-paced product development environments
- Leadership experience, including mentoring and delivering results
- Exceptional problem-solving and collaboration skills
