Lean Manufacturing Specialist

The Lean Manufacturing Specialist will work to improve quality, reduce times and costs in the company's production processes by implementing Lean manufacturing and Operational Excellence principles.

Requirements

• Degree in technical-scientific disciplines (Chemistry, CTF, Engineering)
• At least 2 years of experience in the role
• Preferably from the pharmaceutical sector or similar
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and Operational Excellence principles and their practical application
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Curiosity, proactivity and goal-oriented
• Excellent active listening skills and interfunctional approach to work
