Job Description
IBMC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a Europe-based proprietary trading firm. This role focuses on managing projects across trading, risk, and technology teams, ensuring timely delivery, data-driven insights, and real-time dashboards for trading performance and risk exposure. The position offers a remote work opportunity within the rapidly evolving trading industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in prop trading, fintech, CRM/technology consulting, or financial services.
- Proficient in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
- Strong understanding of risk management concepts.
- Hands-on experience using project management tools (Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Notion, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
