Service Engineer - BMS

The Service Engineer - BMS role is for a full-time, open-ended contract position within the Beam Systems team. The engineer will lead installation, calibration, validation, and maintenance of Proton Therapy Systems (PTS) including electrical, mechanical, cyclotron, and beam physics aspects. Responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment, supervising subcontractors, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role involves mentoring and collaborating with R&D to solve system issues.

Requirements

• BS in Engineering, Physics, or a related field
• 3+ years' experience in electrical/mechanical system repair/maintenance
• Experience with Cyclotrons, Beam Physics, Electronics, Software Analysis, Vacuum Systems, PLC’s, and high voltage equipment
• Knowledge of local EHS regulations
• Experience using MS Office Suite, Jira and Servicemax
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
