Job Description
Customer Service Associate responsible for receiving information on allocations, entering data into the computer, running reports, and communicating with personnel. Responsible for releasing completed loads, setting up Ship Files, and providing billing information to accounting. Also responsible for responding to requests for information, handling emails, and maintaining up-to-date filing of reports and documents.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid US Driver's License
- 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Excel
- Type 40 wpm
- Ability to communicate, understand, and follow verbal and written instructions
