As a tech investor and growth accelerator, i5growth supports extraordinary founding teams with growth-related matters. The Talent & Growth Trainee will gain hands-on experience across Talent Acquisition, Venture Development, and Marketing, supporting i5growth and its portfolio companies.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business or related field with excellent academic track record
• Hands-on attitude and availability to join the team for a minimum of 6 months
• First experience in talent acquisition / digital marketing / venture development
• Natural problem-solver and digital native
• Passion for working in dynamic, changing environments and understanding of resulting challenges
• Excellent tool/web knowledge, MS Office skills, and experience with AI and/or automation
• Readiness to switch between roles and tasks in a variety of business fields
• Fluent or native proficiency in German and strong communication skills in English
