The Technical Training Support Lead will take day-to-day ownership of the Learning Management System (LMS) and play a key coordination role within the Technical Training department. The role supports the planning, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the technical training curriculum, ensuring learning activity is effectively managed, accurately reported, and aligned to agreed KPIs, accreditation standards, and business outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience in an administrative, coordination, or systems-based role within a customer-focused or retail environment
- Strong working knowledge of Learning Management Systems, with confidence managing users, content, reporting, and data accuracy
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across Retailers, internal teams, affiliates, and partner providers
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload, manage competing deadlines, and adapt to changing requirements
- Strong analytical skills with an understanding of performance measures, data interpretation, and continuous improvement
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Confident, professional, and customer-focused, with the ability to positively represent HMUK
