Job Description
Credit Lead Philippines - shape and scale credit strategy, own credit evaluation, portfolio risk management, and credit policy development for a fintech platform providing flexible financing to small businesses in emerging markets.
Requirements
- 5+ years in credit risk, lending operations, or underwriting
- Experience designing or refining credit policies in early-stage or innovative lending environments
- Proven ability to build and iterate on scorecards, limit structures, or pricing tiers
- Strong grasp of financial statement analysis and invoice-based lending principles
- Familiarity with Philippine SMEs and local financial reporting practices
- Comfort working with imperfect data and using it to make judgment-driven credit calls
