Job Description
Hyphen Connect is seeking a Recruiter - Digital Assets to source, attract, and hire top talent within their Web3 platform. The role focuses on managing the recruitment process from requisition to offer, building talent pipelines, and collaborating with hiring managers. Experience in the Web3 industry and fluency in Mandarin and English are highly valued.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English.
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably with experience working in a recruitment agency.
- Deep familiarity with trends in crypto exchanges, fintech disruptions, digital assets, and Web3 technologies.
