Head of Partnerships (Blockchain/DeFi）

The Head of Partnerships will formulate and implement strategies to enhance ecosystem expansion, adoption, and active participation, establish strategic alliances, and cultivate relationships with blockchain foundations, technology vendors, and industry organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership roles, including at least 3 years in the Web3/DeFi sectors.
• Established networks within Web3 ecosystems are required.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage complex partnerships with multiple stakeholders across different teams and organizations.
• Proven ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
