Job Description
We are seeking a Digital Asset Operations Manager to lead the crypto operations and infrastructure setup for a NYSE-listed client. This role involves overseeing end-to-end digital asset operations, including secure custodial solutions, buy/sell transactions, and compliance with KYC/AML regulations. The ideal candidate will combine crypto operations experience with financial understanding and treasury management.
Requirements
- Oversee BTC treasury operations
- Execute buy/sell orders across exchanges and OTC desks
- Set up and maintain secure wallet infrastructure
- Identify, evaluate, and manage third-party service providers
- Establish reliable fiat-to-crypto and crypto-to-fiat channels
- Optimize transaction flows
- Ensure operational compliance with KYC/AML
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams
- Track and analyze digital asset positions
- Stay informed on new digital asset products
