CEO (Digital Asset Treasury)

The company is seeking a visionary CEO to lead the transformation of a Bitcoin mining and digital infrastructure group into a next-generation digital asset holding group. The CEO will act as a public face, representing the company and driving strategic direction, investment philosophy, and capital positioning across global financial and crypto markets. They will be responsible for expanding visibility, shaping narratives, and building trust within the Web3 ecosystem.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of leadership experience in finance, crypto, investment management, or capital markets.
• Proven track record of public leadership, media engagement, and investor communication.
• Background in treasury management, asset allocation, or venture investment within the digital asset space.
• Strong personal network across crypto funds, institutional investors, and exchanges.
• Strong capital markets acumen, preferably with experience in listed company management or corporate governance.
• Ability to articulate complex financial and blockchain concepts in clear, credible narratives.
• Global mindset with strong presence in English (Mandarin/Cantonese a plus).
