Business Intelligence Lead

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Business Intelligence Lead to join our growing international team. The role involves shaping data-driven strategies, building scalable BI frameworks, and delivering actionable insights to drive business performance. Candidates should have a strong background in blockchain or fintech and experience leading BI/analytics teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in BI, analytics, or strategy roles with team management experience
• Strong background in blockchain, fintech, or digital assets (exchange background highly preferred)
• Proven expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) and SQL/Python
• Experience driving growth, product performance, or marketing ROI through data insights
• Bilingual proficiency in Chinese/English
